On a Class of Bilinear Pseudodifferential Operators
We provide a direct proof for the boundedness of pseudodifferential operators with symbols in the bilinear Hörmander class BS 1,δ, 0 ≤ δ < 1. The proof uses a reduction to bilinear elementary symbols and Littlewood-Paley theory.
متن کاملGroup and a Class of Pseudodifferential Operators
Let H be the general, reduced Heisenberg group. Our main result establishes the inverse-closedness of a class of integral operators acting on Lp(H), given by the off-diagonal decay of the kernel. As a consequence of this result, we show that if α1δ + f , f ∈ L 1 v(H), is invertible with respect to convolution over H, then (α1δ + f) −1 = α2δ + g, g ∈ L 1 v(H). We prove analogous results for twis...
متن کاملSmoothing of Commutators for a Hörmander Class of Bilinear Pseudodifferential Operators
Commutators of bilinear pseudodifferential operators with symbols in the Hörmander class BS 1,0 and multiplication by Lipschitz functions are shown to be bilinear Calderón-Zygmund operators. A connection with a notion of compactness in the bilinear setting for the iteration of the commutators is also made. 1. Motivation, preliminaries and statements of main results The work of Calderón and Zygm...
متن کاملSobolev space estimates for a class of bilinear pseudodifferential operators lacking symbolic calculus
The reappearance of a sometimes called exotic behavior for linear and multilinear pseudodifferential operators is investigated. The phenomenon is shown to be present in a recently introduced class of bilinear pseudodifferential operators which can be seen as more general variable coefficient counterparts of the bilinear Hilbert transform and other singular bilinear multipliers operators. The un...
متن کاملA Bilinear Pseudodifferential Calculus
In this paper, we are interested in the construction of a bilinear pseudodifferential calculus. We define some symbolic classes which contains those of Coifman-Meyer. These new classes allow us to consider operators closely related to the bilinear Hilbert transform. We give a description of the action of our bilinear operators on Sobolev spaces. These classes also have a “nice” behavior through...
